Faculty Breakfast

Another new school year is upon us. All the local public schools started this week, UVU opened classes yesterday and BYU will start a new year next Monday. Susie has started the long week of meetings to kick off the academic year.

This morning she got a short break as the administration hosted the faculty breakfast. Susie invited me as her guest. It was a Hawaiian themed meal served in the quad between the Wilkinson Center and the Library. We had scrambled eggs, French toast, ham, and juice or milk.

During the meal they had entertainment with dancers from Hawaii and Tonga. It was a very pleasant way to start the day. Here's to another great year Susie.
