There has been an upswing in Food trucks and trailers here in Utah Valley the past couple of years. The trailer pictured above is parked across from the chapel in our neighborhood where I referee basketball games. It serves BBQ. My eye was caught by the biblical quote from Exodus referring to the cooking of the Passover lamb that is on the tailgate of the trailer. Always makes me hungry.
