Sunday February 1st was the Super Bowl between the Seahawks of Seattle and the Patriots of Massachusetts. Usually Susie and I have hosted the Super Bowl meal at our house. This year my brother Bryce and his wife Janee invited the family to their house for the festivities.
We enjoyed a delicious pot luck meal with soups, breads, fruit, and desserts. Then we retired to the upstairs family room to enjoy the game. Their dog Siri was underfoot the whole time. She was expecting puppies any day and seemed to really be hungry.

Usually the Super Bowl is a blow out but this year the game came down to the last two plays. A heart breaker for Seahawks fans and a huge relief to the Patriots fans who I'm sure thought their team had blown the game.
