Next week will be our big Venture scout bike trek. Last week we took a preparation ride along the Murdoch Canal trail. Everyone was complaining about being out of shape. This week we took the 5 scouts who will be going with us up Provo Canyon on the river trail to Vivian Park.

We made pretty good time an averaged about 15 MPH climbing the canyon and much faster coming down. The young men were so good that I offered to get them an ice cream bar at Will's Pit Stop. I think this next week is going to be a good one.
