Galilee Grill

Thursday evening Susie and I had an interesting date night. First we met with our financial planner. Then it was off to Lindon to have dinner at a new place I read about in the paper. The Galilee Grill and Bakery is on South State Street in Lindon. Then we visited Valoy Marchant at the Stoneheng and Ilene Olsen at her home.

note the cute camel with our order number.
The Galilee Grill specializes in food from Palestine. Food like Falafel, shawarma, and Hummus, and they have awesome fresh baked pita.

We ordered the chicken shawarma plate, stuffed grape leaves, and kibbeh with laban sauce. It was delicious and very filling. I think we will have to return for another meal.
