Pre-Christmas Activities

This weekend we had several pre-Christmas activities. Last evening after dinner Susie and I went around the neighborhood delivering our Christmas goodies. We gave oranges, grapefruit, and peach freezer jam.
This morning was our ward Christmas brunch. Susie and I went early to set up her nativity scene and then helped set up the food. We had over 200 people in attendance. The hall was beautifully decorated and the food and musical numbers were nice.
The ward party finished at 11 and Susie and I hurried home to make the final preparations on our end of semester meal with John and Nancy Burgoyne and their grandchildren (my niece and nephews) who are attending BYU. We had a roast with mashed potatoes, veggies, salad, and finished up with peach ice cream and vanilla wafers.

Saturday evening Susie and I delivered oranges and grapefruit to my brothers and sister and then Susie attended Lindsey Frosts house warming party in Midvale. It was a busy day.
